What is CareerOrientation?
CareerOrientation is a new employee self-service system that enables you to complete your new hire documents remotely, before your first day of work.
What system requirements do I need to access CareerOrientation?
The system requirements to access CareerOrientation on your personal computer are listed below:
Browser: Internet Explorer 9.x or higher, Firefox 25.x or higher, Safari 54.x or higher and Chrome 30.x or higher
Operating System: Windows XP or higher and MAC OS 9.x or higher
Adobe Reader® 10 or higher
Pop-Up Blocker: turn off

Why doesn't the CareerOrientation site load correctly after I type in the URL?
If you are a Mac user with Firefox or Safari browser, make sure to add a trailing forward slash ("/") to the end of the CareerOrientation. (See the URL in your original "Welcome to CareerOrientation" email containing log-in information.)
How do I log into CareerOrientation?
There are three logon credentials required to log into the CareerOrientation website: (1) Username, (2) Password, and (3) PIN.
Please follow these instructions to login to CareerOrientation:
Click or type the CareerOrientation URL in your web browser: (See the URL in your original "Welcome to CareerOrientation" email containing log-in information.)
Click the Log In button
Read the warning message and click the Continue button
Type your Username and Password, and click the Continue button
Type your PIN, and click the Log In button.
Why can't I view my forms?
In order to view the online PDF documents in any browser, the pop-up blocker must be disabled. Follow the instructions below for your browser to disable your Pop-Up Blocker:
Internet Explorer version 9.x or higher Browser:
Tools > Pop-up blocker > Click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
Mozilla Firefox Browser:
Tools > Options > Content > Uncheck Block pop-up windows
From the top right corner of the window browser select the circle icon drop down > unselect block pop-up windows
Mozilla Firefox Browser:
Firefox > Preferences > Content > Uncheck Block pop-up windows
You may also need to install a plug-in for Mac Firefox -> Preferences ->Application -> under content type, select PDF and for the action select use Firefox PDF Plug-in For Mac OSX
If you do not have the Plug-in you may
download the Firefox PDF Plugin for Mac from Mozilla.
From the Safari menu, make sure Block Pop-Up Windows is unchecked.
How do I make Adobe Acrobat my default viewer for PDF documents?
Open Adobe Acrobat® or Adobe Reader®
Select Edit > Preferences > Internet
Check the 'Display PDF in Browser' checkbox
Click on the OK button
Right click on a pdf file (command click) > Get Info > under "Open With" select "Adobe Acrobat Reader" > click the Change All button
What is required before my arrival to the New Employee Orientation session?
Please refer to "Get on Board", found on the right hand side of CareerOrientation, and click the "Expand to see Details" button. Click the "Orientation and Beyond" link to find out what is required before arriving at your New Employee Orientation session.
What forms of ID do I need to bring to New Employee Orientation?
Please refer to "Get on Board", found on the right hand side of CareerOrientation, and click the "Expand to see Details" button. Click the "Orientation and Beyond" link to find out what you need to bring to New Employee Orientation.
Why is DRAFT printed on my forms?
The "Draft" watermark on the form means that your forms have not yet been certified and submitted. Click on the "Review and Submit" button, which will enable you to review your information. Once you have reviewed the information, click on the "Certify and Submit" button.
Why doesn't the status bar show 100% complete?
If your status bar does not read 100%, there is still work to be done. Please make sure the buttons, within each step, read "Submitted", or "Visited".
Who can I contact if I have questions?
If you have any questions, or need assistance, click "Contact Us", located on the CareerLauncher or CareerOrientation websites.
What happens to my forms after I click the "Certify and Submit" button?
Your information will be submitted to the Human Resources Office for their final review and then released to the Human Resources system for processing of your hire action.
Why haven't I received my Username, PIN or Password?
If you have not received your Username, PIN or Password via email from
